They have a very limited menu comprising breakfast items (I like their brunch!) and sandwiches and salads. It's a quaint small place - limited seating inside or you can sit on the patio. It's a nice place to come for light, fresh food.. And if course cookies! 🍪

This is a great cozy cafe. Not large but great food and sweet treats. Exactly what one thinks of when thinking small town Ontario. Accessible washrooms. Easy access for wheelchairs but a bit tight inside for getting about. Would definitely recommend.

Horrible experience. The owner Francis is very disrespectful to guests, food was horrible, the omelette served seemed like it was made a month ago. We had to ask for standard items like cutlery and water repeatedly. If there was such thing negative rating this place would get it. Stay far away from this dump.

Just a simple cafe at the side of the road. Nothing special. The Kawartha ice cream that they have is the reason why people visit, not for the cookies.

The cafe itself is great especially the patio. On the weekends in the summer this place is usually packed. I've never ordered an actual meal here, I've only ever gotten cookies and ice cream. The cookies are good, the ice creamIs okay, it's not made in house it's from kawartha dairy. Nice place to visit if your in klienburg.

If your in kleinburg you have to go to cookie crumble cafe. Best homemade food and freshly baked goods. They are licensed and you can have z glass of fine wine with your meal.

Why are you on door dash if your store is closed?? I had a confirmed order and after an hour wait, it got cancelled. Nice local business.

Perfect day. Art at McMichael Gallery, hiking in the Humber Valley and lunch at the Cookie Crumble cafe.delicious coffee, homemade soup and paninis. Service was very friendly.

The food was mediocre, the service was bad, the lady was unwelcoming. A very bad experience, I do not recommend it.

It was good. Nothing terribly memorable about it though.

Stopped here for a quick bite in Kleinburg and it hit the spot. The soup was good (vegan split pea) and the grilled cheese was made with tasty real cheddar. Staff were polite and the patio looked quite nice.

Brutal service. Took twenty minutes for our server to even come over (dark haired girl with an accent), and she only did because we had to ask the hostess to find her. The server never apologized for taking so absurdly long, didn’t introduce herself or say anything as a matter of fact. Our food was OK... we expected a cafe in Kleinburg to hold themselves to a higher standard. After the server dropped off our food, we never saw her again, and had to ask the hostess for the cheque once again. We will never come back here, and that server should be fired and replaced with staff who actually know what customer service is.

I went there with my colleague. I ordered the coffee with some cookies and it was delicious. Amazing atmosphere. Peaceful place. Great sitting section.

The highlight of my visit was that the shop owner had opened early on a Sunday (9 instead of 10) and I had a place to stop on my bike ride. Had an ice coffee and a lemon sorbet which were both pretty good. The area is beautiful but the locals seem quite loud. Revving the engines of their cars and motorcycles.

Extremely dirty place. Our cups came with lipstick on them. Then my coffee mug was sticky and had food stuck to the handle. Once our food came the cutlery was dirty as well! The knives had food stuck in the hinges. Totally disgusting I couldn't even stay long enough to eat. DO NOT GO HERE.

Staff are friendly, coffee is very good (we had decaf cappuccino, regular americano, iced latte), and we love the summer patio!!

It's ok. Busy on weekends food and service is so so.. there are better places in the neighborhood.

Kleinberg is a beautiful , cultural and calm place to spend the day. This cafe offers good food in their menu and delicious sweets and of course really good Italian coffee.

This place sucks. Waitresses don’t even acknowledge your presence. I ordered scrambled eggs with fruit on the side for my 2 year old. They gave ONE slice of orange and most of it was the peel. My child did not even eat the eggs. The chicken sandwich was dry.. also they microwave most of the meals. I regret wasting money here and could of cooked something x100 better.

Visited this place some 3 months back.I love the cozy environs of kleinburg neighborhood and this cafe is a perfect cozy place to hangout in the locality. Really nice cafe for a nice morning breakfast 😊

Best place to stop on a bicycle ride

Blueberry scones were amazing, the young lady that served us was great! The owner on the other hand, was openly dismissive of minorities and has alot to learn about customer service and how to treat all customers equally.

Cookie Crumble is a all around a horrible experience. First, there was a hair in my food and the owner Francis who is very rude and fights with customers and gives them attitude tried to say they weren't gonna remove it from the bill because I finished the meal (Which I didn't even eat half of it). Not to mention the food is nothing special. Lastly, we weren't even done eating and the owner Francis forces us to leave because other customers were waiting. Never going back here again and you shouldn't either.

My go to for a walk around the Main Street of Kleinburg. Great for family and friends and a decent date night. Our family loves going there for the views of all the fancy cars and just walking somewhere beautiful without the business of built up cities. This place offers great ice cream and treats for the whole families and prices are reasonable. They are very accommodating when it comes to children as well. Great place been going here for over 10 years : )

The service is terrible. It was our first time having lunch in that restaurant. The blonde hair female employee left asking if we were done with food yet waiting for us to leave asap and let other customers take a sit and make orders, even though our order was still not ready. Never coming back to that place again.

Not sure why the rating is not higher for this place. I came here for breakfast and really enjoyed the experience here. The home fries are nice and crispy. I highly recommend a visit here.

Great all day breakfast

Great severs, but the owner is not very customer friendly and has an unpleasant attitude. The owner makes disrespectful side comments about people of different ethnicities.

I had chicken pot pie & waffle with Americano coffee. Service was good & nice environment. A bit pricey.

Focused on getting orders in and out as fast as they can. Which is awesome, and quite impersonal. Feels a bit like you're being churned to leave as soon as you arrive. Food and coffee is good.
